Deborah Scott is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in family medicine and more than a decade specializing in Functional and Integrative Medicine. She holds a Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM), is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
She partners with patients to uncover the root causes of their health concerns, delivering personalized, in-depth care that goes beyond symptom management to support lasting, transformative improvements in health and well-being.
Care for Florida patients is provided through a combination of telehealth and in-person appointments.

Dr. Douglas C Hall
Dr Douglas C Hall passed away on April 23, 2025 in Ocala Florida. Dr Hall was a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN/Functional Medicine Physician who touched the lives of countless patients throughout his career. His trailblazing commitment to functional medicine, along with his unique blend of traditional medicine and patient-centered care, set a standard that continues to inspire those who had the honor of working and training with him.
For the five years prior to his passing, Deborah Scott APRN served as the primary provider to many of Dr. Hall's patients, delivering care with the same values of empathy, integrity and personalized treatment. She is honored to continue that tradition of care in her current practice of functional medicine.
During his career In Ocala Florida, Dr Hall delivered 10,860 babies! He expanded his practice and began to deliver cutting edge functional/integrative medical care to all of his patients throughout all stages of their lives.
